Nurse Manager - Main Operating Room

Lead daily operations of a complex, high-volume surgical services department, developing staffing plans and resource allocation to support patient care needs. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement while partnering with interdisciplinary teams to improve workflow and enhance care delivery. Monitor quality metrics, implement evidence-based practices, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a highly engaged perioperative team, supporting professional development and performance excellence. Align departmental goals with organizational strategic plans. Provide 24-hour leadership and accountability for the Main Operating Room at a Level I Trauma Center and Burn Center featuring 27 Operating Rooms.
