Nurse Manager - Main Operating Room

Lead daily operations of the Main Operating Room, providing 24-hour leadership for a complex, high-volume surgical services department with 27 operating rooms. Develop staffing plans, schedules, and resource allocation to support patient care needs while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve workflow and monitor quality metrics to implement evidence-based practices.
