Job Summary
Direct the 24-hour management accountability for the overall direction and coordination of resources to ensure comprehensive patient/resident care and quality service in the Hall 1 Rehab/Subacute Care unit. Ensure safe, age-appropriate care is provided for patients with post-surgical recovery, orthopedic rehabilitation, cardiac conditions, wound care, and IV therapy needs. Report to the Chief Nursing Officer or Director of Nursing to support the core values of Levindale.
Required Qualifications
- MD Registered Nurse License
- Graduate of a CCNE-accredited nursing program
- ASN required
- 5-7 years of nursing experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation
- At least 2 years in a leadership, charge, or supervisory role
- Maryland RN license
- BLS/CPR (American Heart Association)
- Strong clinical knowledge in geriatric, subacute, rehab, or memory care
