Nurse Manager/LPN As Needed (PRN)

Lead and supervise wellness nursing services on an as-needed PRN basis in a senior living environment. Responsibilities include supervising the wellness team, assisting with call lights and resident needs, ensuring quick, reliable, and person-centered care; accurate documentation of resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents; and maintaining professional, compassionate interactions to ensure residents feel safe and cared for. Must hold an active LPN or RN license in good standing in the employed state, possess knowledge of current care standards, medication regulations, and provide supervision appropriate to residents. EMR experience is preferred but not required; strong English communication and a positive, energetic attitude toward residents are required; role involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and occasional two-person transfers, with ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
