Job Summary
Responsible for the 24 hour management of the assigned unit assuring patient care meets the standard of care. Requires BSN, Nevada RN license, ACLS, NRP, and BCLS. Minimum 2 years clinical experience and 1–2 years progressive management experience. Neonatal intensive care unit (Level III) experience is relevant. Focus on obstetrics and labor/delivery unit leadership within a 300+ bed hospital setting; oversee staff, ensure care standards, and support maternity/nursing leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, BSN required
- Current RN license in the State of Nevada
- ACLS Certification
- NRP Certification
- BCLS Certification
- Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience
- One (1) to two (2) years progressive management experience
- Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
