Job Summary
As a Nurse Manager in the Inpatient Rehab Unit, you will lead and ensure high-quality care for patients, oversee nursing practices, enhance patient safety, and coordinate care alongside the healthcare team.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations
- ASN required
- BSN preferred
- American Heart Association BLS
- FIM required within 6 months
- 3 years previous experience in an acute care setting
- Management specialty certification required within 6 months of eligibility
Desired Qualifications
- Management specialty certification preferred
- Unit specialty certification preferred
