Job Summary
Assist nursing supervisors in managing personal care services and perform professional nursing duties as determined by qualifications. Supervise and instruct nursing assistants, exercising authority over personal care teams. Execute administrative and personal care duties as directed while maintaining good physical and mental health. Demonstrate a strong desire to work with the aged and infirm, showing acute responsibility, tact, and patience when dealing with clients. Remain level-headed during emergency situations and be willing to perform non-professional duties as needed.
