Job Summary
Oversee all regional nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, labor costs, clinical care, and quality assurance. Ensure nursing services comply with company policies, state/federal regulations, and accepted clinical standards while monitoring quality improvement initiatives through regular audits. Manage hiring, competency development, performance appraisals, and discipline of nursing staff within the region. Provide safe, professional care to infusion patients, including education, direct care, clinical monitoring, and care coordination. Maintain 24/7 day availability by overseeing on-call schedules for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Support sales growth by accompanying staff on clinical calls and developing marketing tools. Requires a BSN, 3-5 years of nursing management experience, and home infusion/IV therapy expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience in nursing management
- Recent three five (3-5) years of experience in home infusion and home health
- Extensive experience in IV therapy
- Current CPR certification
- Flexible schedule with the availability to work on-call evenings, weekends and holidays on an as-scheduled basis
- Ability to travel within the region as needed for nursing program support and supervisory responsibilities
- Valid driver's license and evidence of automobile insurance
