Nurse Manager II Urgent Care - West Campus

Direct and supervise daily operations of assigned Urgent Care Centers, customizing site workflows and collaborating with team members to address physician, parent, and patient complaints. Manage human resources through hiring, coaching staff, and resolving employee, patient, and physician concerns while ensuring regulatory compliance with bodies including JCAHO, HCFA, CLIA, OSHA, ADA, and TDH. Coach team members using an interdisciplinary approach to develop nurses from novice to expert levels and serve as a liaison between physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary departments. Monitor clinical processes through data collection to identify improvement opportunities and manage cost-effective equipment and supplies. Requires an RN license, BLS certification, and minimum two years of supervisory experience in pediatric emergency or urgent care settings.
