Nurse Manager II (RN)-Acute Care, Operating Room, FT, Day

Manage a 24-hour patient care unit with a headcount of over 50 employees, directing staff functions and ensuring quality of care. Develop and interpret policies, schedule assigned employees, and oversee budgetary and human resource management activities including hiring, evaluating, and counseling. Coordinate patient care delivery, analyze staffing patterns, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to plan annual capital, operational, and personnel budgets. Develop unit-specific quality indicators, monitor performance against benchmarks, and implement long-term projects to meet organizational needs. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, three years of RN experience including two in appropriate areas, and a current RN license. Full-time day shift at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
