Nurse Manager - ICU

Assume 24-hour administrative responsibility for the management of all critical care nursing service functions. Supervise, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the delivery of patient care while developing and implementing departmental plans, including performance improvement activities and regulatory compliance. Evaluate all personnel assigned to the unit and communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and administration regarding nursing issues and hospital policy interpretation. Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications. Requires a BSN, two years of supervisory experience, and three years of continuous acute care clinical experience.
