Job Summary
Nurse Manager ICU leads the ICU clinical and operational functions within a STEMI and Comprehensive Stroke Center, reporting to the CNO with 24/7 leadership responsibility, overseeing ~110 team members including RNs and Patient Care Techs, and chairs key hospital committees to influence outcomes across the organization. The role requires strong ICU experience with cardiac and neuro emphasis, a proactive inclusive leadership style, and the ability to drive staff engagement, retention, recruitment, and productivity. Experience building relations with nursing, quality, and risk leadership is essential. CA RN license and 5 years acute care ICU RN experience plus 2 years clinical nursing leadership experience are required.
