Nurse Manager I, Hospital - Cath Lab

Provide operational and clinical leadership for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab on a 24/7 basis, managing staffing, on-call scheduling, and resource planning for a high-volume environment. Lead, coach, and develop cath lab nursing and tech staff through performance management while monitoring quality metrics, patient safety outcomes, and infection control compliance. Collaborate with interventional cardiologists and surgeons to optimize procedural throughput and oversee departmental budget, supply utilization, and equipment maintenance. Ensure compliance with TJC, state, and cardiovascular accreditation standards. Requires an active RN license in Oregon, BSN, and 3+ years of Cath Lab experience.
