Nurse Manager

Facilitate health center clinical flow, operations, and triaging while providing direct patient care including vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and emergency support. Manage the patient's Plan of Care by supporting transitions through continuity, coordinating medication reconciliation, and following up on abnormal lab results. Lead staff training, evaluate performance of Medical Assistants and Registered Nurses, and ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and confidentiality guidelines. Serve as clinic liaison to pharmacy and laboratory vendors, coordinate outpatient work-ups, and provide backup support to primary care and mental health teams. Utilize EMR to document all patient care accurately and timely.
