Job Summary
Implements and administers the policies and procedures of the Home Infusion Department; supervises employees and coordinates interdisciplinary care to patients in the home; determines staffing needs and assigns staffing to meet productivity and staffing continuity standards; participates in development of department policies, procedures and quality management plans; upholds confidentiality and professional standards within Providence Home Services Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or healthcare related field or equivalent educ/experience
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role
- Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request
- 4 years - Home Infusion experience
- 2 years - Supervisory experience
