Job Summary
Nurse Manager oversees the Home Infusion Department in Portland area, implementing and administering policies and procedures, supervising staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care to home-based patients, determining staffing needs and ensuring staffing continuity and productivity, contributing to department policies and quality management, and upholding confidentiality and attendance standards. Requires Oregon RN license, Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related field, 4 years home infusion experience, and 2 years supervisory experience; driving may be necessary.
