Job Summary
Implement and administer Home Infusion Department policies and procedures while supervising employees and coordinating interdisciplinary patient care in the home. Determine staffing needs, assign personnel, and ensure productivity and continuity standards are met. Participate in developing department policies, procedures, and the quality management plan. Uphold confidentiality, attendance, and punctuality standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare, Oregon RN license, four years of Home Infusion experience, and two years of supervisory experience. Driving may be necessary. Full-time day shift with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or healthcare related field or equivalent educ/experience.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role.
- Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
- Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
- 4 years - Home Infusion experience.
- 2 years - Supervisory experience.
