Job Summary
Assist the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, quality, and cost-efficient care by maintaining competent staff in the Med Surg and Outpatient Departments. Insure efficient utilization of available resources while meeting productivity and financial goals. Collaborate effectively with administrative personnel, physicians, and staff from other areas to enhance communication, share pertinent data, and improve processes across the continuum. Ensure customer service satisfaction goals are met. Requires a current Missouri RN license, BSN preferred, and minimum three years of procedural nursing experience. Full-time, 40-hour week, salary exempt.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current Missouri RN license and/or compact licensure
- Minimum three years nursing experience in procedural area
- BLS, ACLS, PALS Certification
- Demonstrates skill in human relations and communications
- Broad understanding of the patient care process
- Clinical expertise in their area of responsibility
