Nurse Manager - GI/Endoscopy

Manage overall unit operations, ensuring quality patient care, cost-efficient service, and alignment with hospital strategic plans. Create and monitor the unit budget by tracking staffing, supplies, equipment, revenue, and food costs. Lead staff through primary involvement in selection, career development, succession planning, and periodic training while administering corrective action for performance gaps. Serve as a role model and mentor, maintaining a clinical presence and resolving conflicts professionally. Requires a Bachelor's or preferred Master's degree in Nursing, two years of management experience, and current BLS licensure.
