Job Summary
Nurse Manager responsible for leading and developing onsite medical staff, ensuring safety standards and quality client care, with oversight of nursing operations, staff scheduling, and compliance across facilities in CO; duties include liaising with physicians and leadership, developing standard-of-care guidelines, mentoring staff, performance evaluations, and supervising detox care with on-call coverage; requires Colorado RN licensure, nursing degree (Diploma/Associate/Bachelor), and supervisory experience, plus BLS certification; experience with EMR systems and JCAHO/BHA standards preferred, with onsite quarterly visits to Steamboat Springs.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted nursing license in Colorado (registered with DORA).
- RN Diploma, Associates, or Bachelors in Nursing.
- Two plus years of clinical RN experience.
- Proven track record of supervisory experience.
- BLS certification.
