Job Summary
Nurse Manager leading nursing operations in the Adult Residential Treatment Program at the Charlotte headquarters. Responsibilities include overseeing daily nursing department operations (staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, and employee development), delivering leadership and performance feedback, driving quality improvement and patient safety, coordinating care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, serving as a clinical resource, ensuring regulatory/licensure compliance, and mentoring nursing staff to support patient-centered outcomes in a nonprofit behavioral health setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Three (3) or more years of leadership or supervisory experience required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or a multistate license recognized through the Nurse Licensure Compact
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare documentation systems preferred
