Job Summary
Ensure health care needs of all assisted living and memory care residents are met by supervising staff and service delivery. Train staff in current assisted living procedures and policies while maintaining compliance with Assisted Living License regulations. Work cooperatively with the Healthcare Administrator to oversee operations. Prioritize and organize work effectively, communicating with supervisors, residents, family members, and the Health Services Administrator. Possess leadership skills and experience working with assisted living residents. Schedule includes flex hours, nights, and weekends; on-call rotation applies.
Required Qualifications
- Registered and licensed with the State of Washington as a RN or LPN
- Current and unrestricted licensure
- 5 years experience in related field
- 5 years of management experience
- Skilled and sensitive in working with assisted living residents
- Skills to communicate effectively with those you supervise, residents, family members and Health Services Administrator
- Leadership / supervisory skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
- Ability to work or be on call irregular hours, occasional weekends and evenings
