Job Summary
Nurse Manager leading daily nursing unit operations in an Inpatient Rehabilitation hospital with a focus on safe staffing, patient flow, and frontline leadership. Drives coaching and accountability for nursing staff, supports onboarding and competency validation, ensures adherence to nursing standards, oversees fall prevention and infection prevention programs, supports staffing decisions based on census and acuity, participates in performance improvement and regulatory readiness, and collaborates across therapy, case management, and physician teams to remove barriers and sustain high-quality patient care. Requires RN licensure; Bachelor’s degree preferred; inpatient rehab experience preferred. Strong communication, coaching, and change leadership skills with flexible hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure required
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
- Inpatient Rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of staffing operations, nursing workflows, clinical quality, and frontline leadership
