Job Summary
Nurse Manager leads float pool coverage across Endoscopy, Gastrointestinal, and Interventional Radiology units, providing nursing leadership, staffing and resource management, and collaboration with physicians and interprofessional teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include overseeing patient outcomes, adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, staff scheduling and onboarding, mentoring and performance feedback, recruitment of nursing staff, and participating in policy, procedures and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care delivery. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, current nursing license, and 2 years of nursing leadership experience; BCLS certification preferred or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
