Nurse Manager - Family Health Center

Nurse Manager sought to lead day-to-day clinical operations at a Brooklyn family practice within a New York City health system. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical operations, counseling and coaching staff on performance and development, preparing staff schedules, addressing staff/provider/patient satisfaction needs, ensuring service excellence, promoting safety, conducting quality improvement activities, fostering a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care and education, and providing direct patient care as needed to meet patient care needs. Qualifications include an active New York State RN license, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, and a Master’s Degree; three years of ambulatory care experience preferred and prior Charge Nurse experience. Salary range $130,000 - $145,000.
