Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic goals aligned with organizational priorities while managing operating budgets, tracking productivity, and optimizing resource utilization. Provide daily operational leadership for the CHH2 Multispecialty Procedure Unit, ensuring effective patient flow, workflow coordination, and high-quality care delivery. Recruit, hire, evaluate, and develop staff through coaching and mentoring, while fostering engagement and ensuring compliance with labor agreements and professional standards. Implement and evaluate quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives using data-driven approaches to mitigate risk and drive clinical outcomes. Partner with interdisciplinary teams to advance operational efficiency and patient experience within a high-volume procedural environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience in a related specialty
- One (1) year of recent relevant leadership experience (e.g., charge nurse, preceptor, supervisor, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations in a large, matrixed healthcare environment
- Unencumbered Oregon RN license
- BLS for healthcare providers
- Professional certification in nursing leadership (e.g., NE-BC, CNML)
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing or related field (e.g., MBA with healthcare concentration, MHA, MPH)
