Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate all activities within the Emergency Department. Supervise and monitor performance of staff while interacting with physicians, hospital personnel, outside agencies, patients, and families to provide comprehensive care. Requires a current Registered Nurse license, BLS and ACLS certifications, minimum two years supervisory experience, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Full-time days shift at Olympia Fields Hospital with competitive compensation ranging from $88k to $119k.
Required Qualifications
- current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse
- BLS upon hire and maintain current
- minimum of two years supervisory/management experience
- PALS upon hire and maintain current
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintain current
- minimum of three years of continuous clinical experience in a clinical/acute care setting
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Non-OB facilities: NRP certificate within 30 days upon hire and maintain current
