Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Emergency Services unit during night shift; lead and coordinate professional nursing care, allocate resources to promote efficient, safe, high‐quality patient care, and integrate clinical, human resources, and financial data to support decision making. Promote evidence-based practice, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster professional development. Recruit, welcome and support new staff to retain and acclimate colleagues to the Mission Health culture; collaborate with nursing leadership on planning, innovations, and evaluation of initiatives; contribute to team goals and uphold the Mission Health guiding principles.
Required Qualifications
- BSN or equivalent (ADN with MSN, BA with MSN)
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina or eNLC eligibility
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification
- Minimum of five years of recent nursing experience; 2 years in relevant clinical hospital experience with demonstrated leadership skills
