Job Summary
Lead and oversee high-quality nursing care across the school campus, managing the Health Centre operations and the nursing team. Provide and facilitate Health & First Aid services for students and employees, including assessing illnesses, treating accidents, and maintaining safe First Aid areas. Coordinate health screenings, liaise with external providers for vaccinations and tests, and monitor vaccination records per Singapore Health Promotion Board guidelines. Manage administrative duties such as generating monthly safety reports, tracking infectious diseases, and developing health education plans aligned with the Unit of Inquiry. Coach the nursing team, conduct supervision and performance reviews, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and safeguarding policies. Act as the central point of contact for health-related matters, collaborate with school leadership and departments on risk assessments and emergency preparedness, and champion a culture of health and inclusivity.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Attend off-site camps (local and international camps)
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Registered Nurse
Desired Qualifications
- At Least 2 years of managerial experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
