Nurse Manager - Dialysis and Float Pool

Assure the availability of competent patient care personnel and participate in patient care when needed. Solve complex situations involving patients, physicians, and management staff while evaluating the effectiveness of patient care delivery. Monitor department operations within budgetary guidelines and develop quality indicators with the Chief Nursing Officer. Interview potential staff members, ensure timely evaluations, and intervene to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Maintain effective relationships with administrative personnel, physicians, and other hospital staff.
