Nurse Manager- CICU (Full Time, Nights)

Manage quality patient and staff within the designated scope, including internal and external customers. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to drive performance and quality outcomes while identifying LEAN projects to evaluate current processes. Supervise day-to-day operations, reacting to unplanned circumstances to assure quality services and patient-directed care. Directly manage personnel resources from hiring to separation, overseeing orientation, training, and performance reviews. Collect, analyze, and report data pertinent to the department, including customer service indicators and required reports. Complete daily patient and staff rounds to update improvements and communicate outcomes during meetings. Establish standards, enforce compliance, and develop educational programs to ensure employee engagement and retention goals.
