Nurse Manager

Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and productivity for Procedural Services, including PACU, Endoscopy, and Cardiac Catheterization labs. Manage departmental budgets, labor, and resources while monitoring quality, financial, and patient experience metrics. Build collaborative relationships with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to promote shared governance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Lead change, innovation, and performance improvement initiatives using data to advance organizational goals and regulatory compliance. Ensure safe, evidence-based patient care and champion service excellence across the organization.
