Job Summary
Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and productivity for Procedural Services, including PACU, Endoscopy, and Cardiac Catheterization. Manage departmental budgets, labor, and resources while monitoring operational, quality, and financial metrics. Build collaborative relationships with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to promote employee engagement, shared governance, and patient-centered care. Lead change, innovation, and performance improvement initiatives using data to advance quality and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support the organization's Journey to Magnet® through nursing excellence and specialty certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience in critical care, cardiovascular, and/or procedural services
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree (MSN, MHA, MBA, or related field) preferred
- At least two (2) years of progressive nursing leadership experience preferred
