Job Summary
Lead the Cath & EP Lab departments, overseeing daily operations, programs, and activities aligned with senior leadership goals. Supervise clinical and operations staff in the Cath Lab and EP Lab; establish objectives to meet department and health system goals; manage within budget; ensure efficient processes to meet department objectives; provide departmental leadership to staff with direct impact on the department.
Required Qualifications
- BSN or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related healthcare field
- RN or appropriate registry for Technologist (RN, Cardiovascular Tech or Rad Tech preferred)
- Certification in Leadership or Clinical Subspecialty required within 2 years of hire (RCIS or RCES credentials preferred)
- Strong operations experience with three years of technical and progressive leadership experience in area
- Financial management skills including budget development, capital budgeting, productivity management
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Intranet software, e-mail
