Nurse Manager – Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)

Oversee daily operations of the 19-bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, managing staffing, scheduling, and workflow while integrating clinical, financial, and workforce data to guide operational decisions. Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and professional nursing standards, and promote evidence-based practice within a highly specialized critical care environment. Support recruitment, retention, onboarding, and development of nursing staff, and collaborate with leadership on organizational planning and performance improvement initiatives. Provide mentorship and professional development for staff, students, and colleagues, and participate in an administrative on-call rotation approximately once every six weeks.
