Job Summary
Manage daily operations of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, and Pre/Post Procedure Holding Unit while providing clinical leadership to Registered Nurses and Cardiovascular Lab Technicians. Oversee staffing, scheduling, resource utilization, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and optimize cardiovascular services. Collaborate with physicians and executive leadership to support program growth while maintaining regulatory compliance. Requires current Florida RN license, BSN, and minimum three years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience. Full-time day shift Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligible Compact State RN License
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications or the ability to obtain them within 30 days of employment
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory within an acute care hospital
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a Cath Lab setting, such as Charge Nurse, Assistant Nurse Manager, Nurse Coordinator, or higher
