Job Summary
Oversee nursing care and related activities of the surgical center per center policies and objectives. Play a key role in staffing, quality improvement, infection control, and risk management. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to analyze and evaluate nursing services to improve care quality. Maintain policies adhering to federal and state regulations for Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Requires a current state RN license, BLS upon hire, and ACLS/PALS within 60 days. No on-call, no holidays, and no weekends. Blue Cloud is the largest pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center company specializing in dental restorative and exodontia surgery for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license to practice as a registered nurse
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
- BLS upon hire
- ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire

- Bachelor's Preferred
- ICU or perioperative nursing experience
- Leadership experience
- Nurse Manager experience
- Regulatory and Accreditation knowledge (CMS, DOH, OSHA, AORN, AAAHC)
