Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas (Compact accepted)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN) within 1 year of start date
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 90 days of start date
- Minimum of 3 years of RN practice in NICU or OB
- Recent management/supervisory experience in an acute care environment
- Ability to develop and oversee plan of care for services
- Fiscal and human resource allocation responsibilities
- Maintains compliance with RN Practice Act
- MBA or MHA preferred
