Job Summary
Nurse Manager - Antepartum responsible for the Maternal Fetal Institute Clinic and the Specialty Obstetric Referral Center (SORC); oversees the Antepartum department, identifies cost-effective systems, and allocates fiscal and human resources; requires RN license in Texas, a Bachelor's in Nursing, and 3+ years of RN practice in OB/NICU with prior management experience; reports to organizational goals and collaborates with patients, physicians, employees, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in Texas
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- AHA or ARC CPR
- Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN) within 1 year
- NRP within 90 days
- Minimum 3 years RN experience in NICU or OB
- Management/supervisory experience in acute care
- MBA or MHA preferred
