Nurse Manager

Manage daily unit workflows for General Ward, ER, or multiple clinical areas by overseeing nurse scheduling, patient assignments, and resource allocation. Oversee unit budgets, medical supplies, and operational costs while handling patient and family grievances to maintain high satisfaction scores. Conduct performance evaluations and support the professional development of unit staff. This role requires a Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management with mandatory operational managerial experience in high-volume units. SCFHS registration is highly preferred. The position is based in Riyadh or Dammam.
