Nurse Manager- Acute Care- Med Surg /Medical Telemetry

Lead a 28-bed Med Surg floor with primary focus on medical and telemetry patients, managing clinical, financial, and human resources to drive business and clinical outcomes. Serve as the unit's chief retention and safety officer, utilizing data and technology to mitigate risks and uphold safety standards. Engage staff in shared governance decision-making, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient care and operational performance. Develop operational budgets, manage talent through coaching and onboarding, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
