Job Summary
Promote health and wellness concepts by assisting persons in accessing medical care, nutrition, exercise, and smoking cessation resources. Coordinate nursing and medical care for clients while supervising staff in scheduling and administering medical assessments. Provide clinical guidance to nursing teams, model recovery-based interventions, and lead medication administration in accordance with regulations. Ensure communication of health concerns with psychiatric and medical providers and assist in developing staff training programs. This role supports adults with severe and persistent mental illness within a compassionate, mission-driven environment focused on resilience and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN License
- Experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses
- Experience working in a supervisory capacity
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation
