Job Summary
LPN/RN in a long-term care setting at Resthaven, providing direct nursing care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident health (including vital signs, skin integrity and wound care), observing and reporting changes, documenting in electronic health records, ensuring infection control and regulatory compliance, responding to urgent situations, leading and supporting CNA/clinical staff, assisting with staffing coverage and unit support, and delivering shift reports. Requires current LPN or RN licensure in Michigan, with a high school diploma or GED; prior long-term care experience preferred. Sign-on bonuses are available for full-time and part-time roles. Shift options include day, evening, and overnight schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN nursing program
- Current, active Michigan Board of Nursing license (LPN or RN)
- Successful completion of State Board of Nursing licensure examination
- Experience in nursing preferred (geriatrics/long-term care)
