Job Summary
Nurse - LPN, PRN at Avenues Recovery Center in Covington, LA. Provide quality medical care for clients through admission, treatment, and discharge; coordinate pharmacy needs and dispense medications; collaborate with medical, clinical, and UR teams; maintain meticulous medical documentation and reporting; and educate patients in individual and group settings within a residential detox/inpatient rehab facility. Requires a nursing license (in-state or compact privileges) and completion of a one-year post-high school diploma program; strong communication skills and a detail-oriented, compassionate approach are essential to support recovery-focused care.
Required Qualifications
