Nurse (LPN) Part-time 7pm-7am

Job Summary
Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents by collaborating as a team to provide quality treatment in a safe, comfortable at-home environment. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while maintaining precise, up-to-date documentation. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners to ensure an excellent experience. This part-time role involves Wednesday shifts from 7pm to 7am. A valid, un-encumbered state Nursing License and at least one year of LPN experience are required, with Assisted Living or Memory Care experience being a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- Reliable work-ethic
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must pass a drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
