Job Summary
Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents by collaborating as a team to provide quality treatment in a safe, comfortable at-home environment. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while maintaining precise, up-to-date documentation. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners to ensure an excellent experience. This part-time role requires a valid, un-encumbered state Nursing License and one or more years of LPN experience, with experience in assisted living or memory care being a bonus. The position offers a 11pm-7am schedule with access to health, dental, and vision insurance effective within two weeks of starting.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- reliable work-ethic
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must pass a drug screen
