Job Summary
Collaborate with the team to deliver quality nursing care in a safe, comfortable at-home environment. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while maintaining precise, up-to-date documentation. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners to ensure an excellent experience. This part-time role requires a valid, un-encumbered state LPN license and one or more years of LPN experience; Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is a bonus. Shifts run 11pm to 7am.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- Reliable work-ethic
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
