Job Summary
Collaborate as a team to deliver quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments per personalized care plans, and provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation while ensuring safe, comfortable at-home environments for seniors. This part-time role requires a valid, un-encumbered state Nursing License and one year of LPN experience, with Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred. Schedule is 11pm-7am. Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- Reliable work-ethic
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must pass a drug screen
