Job Summary
Licensed RN or LPN needed for full-time role at OhioGuidestone's Children's Residential Treatment Facility in Berea, OH. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, medication administration, updating medical records, coordinating with Therapists and Medical Providers, documenting client records and labs, monitoring vitals, completing prior authorizations, providing education on behavioral health and medications, and participating in shift rotations (first shift 7 am–7 pm and third shift 7 pm–7 am). Requires operating a computer, confidential communication, and flexibility to respond to crisis; qualifications include an Ohio nursing license and an associate’s degree (bachelor’s preferred), with experience in behavioral health settings encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Valid State of Ohio Nursing License required.
- Demonstrated experience in the Behavioral Health lifespan, preferred.
