Nurse (LPN or RN)

Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, medication administration, treatments, and care while encouraging self-care and independence. Train staff and report to the director of nursing, ensuring care aligns with resident treatment and service plans. Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations, while following infection control and safety procedures. Review and update resident care documentation to maintain accurate records. Support resident dignity, privacy, and a home-like environment. Possess a current LPN or RN license in good standing with at least one year of healthcare supervision experience, though new grads are encouraged to apply.
